Introduced by the Turks, seekh kebab, originally known as shish kebab, entered our party platters before we knew what was happening.
A personal party favorite of mine, I have seen people who are vegetarian with dropped faces when offered a kebab.
Usually, potato or paneer or mixed vegetables are used to make the veg version of seekh kebab. But in my LAZEEZ kabab recipe, I've omitted the veg staples and used rajma instead.
